How Do I know I'm getting the best Price? Can I shop around?
You sure can. Service and installation
How long does My design take?
That’s a great question, and the simplest answer is: it depends. Generally, full designs are completed somewhere between 2 to 4 weeks from the day the of your initial consult. However, there are a lot of variables when it comes to full property designs. Things like lot size, house footprint, elevation changes (however subtle), utilities, zoning and usage restrictions, HOA guidelines, house facades, city ordinances, best practices, and details of the overall project scope all have a part to play in the length of time it takes to complete a full outdoor patio and landscape construction design. In addition to those considerations, some designs take in excess of 100 hours to render and format for your viewing. Rest assured that we are working as quickly as possible to complete a design that you will love while accounting for these elements and more.
Your sales consultant will give you a better idea of what sort of timeline your project will fit into, and better still, we will schedule your presentation for a future date and time at your first consult!
When will my project start?
As quickly as possible!
Project lead times are seasonally dependant, reliant upon the associated permitting and approvals, intimately tied to material availabilty, and also variable based on your availability. Sound like a lot? Don’t worry, your sales consultant and project manager will layout a projected timeline for you and walk you through the process so you know when your project will start, how long it will take, and when to invite company for the celebration on your new, custom patio build and landscaping construction project!
I really like a certain material, but I'm not sure if it's right for this application.
We will let you know! With our tenured background in outdoor builds, patio design, and landscape construction, we know what works where and what doesn’t. And we will let you know if something is a good idea or not.
Bottom line, you can rest easy that you’ll be picking from the best materials in the right application when you’re working with Desert Crest.

Call or email your sales consultant or project manager immediately and include the owner, Jesse Inzunza, as well.
What is your warranty for performed services?
Do you provide landscaping and/or maintenance Services?
No, we do not provide landscaping or maintenance services. If you would like an A+ referral for a company who does, contact your sales consultant or project manager.
What happens if my plant dies?
The better question is why it died. It’s important to make note that when transplanting specimens from a nursery, there’s always a risk of plant specimen die off with containerized stock. Outside of that, the elements of the Sonoran desert make watering intervals critical, which is complicated even further by seasonal temperatures and rainfall. Furthermore, plant death often points to issues in the irrigation system, whether through leakage and seepage, incorrect irrigation timetables, incorrectly installed irrigation systems, lack of diverisity in irrigation emitter lines, or over/under-watering. And, of course, sun exposure is hugely important when it comes to plant survivability and location could have a part to play in the health of your plants. That doesn’t even account for the importance of soil toxicity and the chemistry of the earth they were planted in!
With all that in mind, Desert Crest offers a full 3-month warranty on plant material given irrigation systems were either installed by us or thoroughly inspected and certified by one of our irrigation technicians before project completion.
